I just trained for 1.5hrs doing BJJ and didn’t wear the Apple Watch - How would you get around uploading this kind of workout to Apple Health so that it connects to Strava (for social accountability) and My Fitness Pal (for calls burned)

Any hacks or methods are welcome! Thanks!

I was thinking of turning on the workout and taking the watch off

Health app. Tap “Browse”, tap “Activity”, tap “Workouts”, tap “Add Data” top-right. You can enter in the details (basically just changed it Functional Strength Training, enter the times, enter the calories you think you burned.

Not sure if it will sync to the other apps, though.

I use RunGap app to sync with Strava and Garmin. It’s a subscription app but quite affordable for the functionality it provides. I’m not sure if can sync your kind of workout. I only do running exercise.
