I know Valve/Steam said that with the OLED, the decks will ship out immediately. I have not gotten any sort of communication since I purchased the LE deck this morning (It’s been 9 hours) and am wondering if anybody else is experiencing the same thing. Is this a normal thing with Steam Decks? How long does will it take to get shipped? I just assumed based on Valve/Steam announcements that I’d get my hands on my Deck relatively quick…

    On your Steam App, under Account, go to Purchase History. That will show your order status, tracking number when available, everything.

    You do not want to know how long those of us who bought the original Steam Deck on launch day had to wait for.

    Circumstances are completely different now, however. Their shipping time for the OLED LE Steam Deck was listed as weeks (1 to 4, hard to know what it will be). You received confirmation for your purchase via E-Mail like you do every time you buy a game on Steam. You will receive another E-Mail from Steam Support telling you they are “preparing your items to ship”. That E-Mail will have a “Track” button on it.

    Just stay put. They are extremely reliable and the Customer Service for the Steam Deck is absolutely extraordinary.

    Mine is moving through ups app Illinois at 1:20 am due Friday afternoon I didn’t notice shipping options for the first time in my life next day shipping served a purpose
