I keep reading that the switch to USB on iphone is great because now we can carry around just one charger.

Is this really the case for most people? My MacBook is USB C, but other than that and my Nintendo Switch I don’t think I own anything that uses USB C - at least not stuff I would consider daily carry.

Airpods pro - lightning/wireless Ipad - lightning Apple watch - proprietary charger

Don’t get me wrong, I like the switch to USB, but for me it means one more cable.

    On which end? I still have lots of devices that connect via USBC to the device - but connect USBa to the charger. Also, I have current hardware that I have purchased this year that is still micro USB (f u Logitech)
