Surely you can save up a little bit more? Aim for a 12th or 13th gen i5. Celeron is terrible.

As someone who used an AMD equivalent machine for about 5 years, I can tell you that the price you save for these now is not worth the headaches that you’ll get later… These machines are incredibly slow and eventually they’ll make you wish you had saved up a bit more money and went with something that at least had a core i3/Ryzen 3 cpu. You can also go for a used laptop and most online platforms tend to have a buyer protection service for 30 days or so. I know that you may not plan on using these for any intensive purposes, but these are pretty much e-waste right now and they’ll not last you very long, either (that Celeron n4020 is already 4 years old, too)

What do you need it for?

If you want to crack the enigma code you might have enough power on one of those.

The Lenovo is better. People are saying both are too slow, but if you aren’t concerned about speed and need a web browsing machine the one on the right will do ya fine.

More about value. Small percentage more and you can get something that will be a LOT better.

Get a 2ndhand laptop if thats your budget… Build your trust in people a little. Though it is recommended to do research. A LOT of them. Stalk their profile, selling histories, ratings, the laptop issues that it may or had happened to others etc.

Also if you really paranoid about it, buy it only f2f so you can test it 1sthand. I bought a phone 2ndhand and f2f. It was cheap for it spec and in 9/10 condition. Only some scratches on places that would 100% scratch when used for a long time.
