I’ve been with Moto flagships for the last 3 years and I decided to come back to Samsung. I always preferred their cameras, brightness, and the fact they have an actual photo gallery unlike Motos. The S23+ seems to fit the bill. It’s currently $799 at Best Buy and Amazon. Will the price likely drop at all next week? The only reason I ask is because I haven’t bought a flagship during the holiday shopping season ever, so I don’t know what to expect.

    $799 is a great price for the factory unlocked S23+/256. The only time it has been lower has been back during the July Prime Day sale, when it sold for $749 to Prime members only. It has not sold for that low since.

    While it MAY drop down that low for CyberMonday or during the time between Thanksgiving and New Years, it’s a long shot that it will. It would not surprise me if it did in 2024 in the months after the release of the S24+ though.

    $799 is a great price, and the S23+ is a great phone. I say if you are impatient, or really want a new phone soon, go for it. We’re only talking $50 here, and you will be very happy with the S23+. Otherwise, take a shot on it dropping it $749 (or even waiting to see the pre-release deals on the S24+).
