My PC has a 4090 and is hooked up to a 42" LG C2 OLED, so, no. Just got my Steam Deck OLED LE yesterday and it will serve nicely as a desktop companion.
Honestly, that was the main reason I passed on the Steam Deck since launch. When I saw the OLED model, I knew it was time.
