It’s hard to say without knowing what settings you used. Did you set it to 200MP mode? If so that’s meant for kind of a perfect daytime lighting situation.
There are settings to make it shoot faster by default and a Pro mode to adjust the shutter speed manually too

I don’t know how you can say android tablets suck. We’re not in the Nexus 7 or Amazon Fire days anymore, Galaxy Tab S9 has a better screen, better multi-tasking, a desktop mode, ability to sideload, etc. On top of generally having the better ratio for media consumption
iPad’s strength is in its exclusive apps. That’s… About it.
I think samsung plans to do LTPO screens in the future so you could wait to see if we get it soon
