  • I would recommend connecting your LG TV to the internet for the sole purpose of installing any firmware updates. WiFi would be the easiest probably. Then after you update you can delete the WiFi off the LG.

    I have read several articles that elude to HDMI cables/connections or firmware capability can cause the issue you’re having. That said if you have never updated the LG it probably needs to be even if it doesn’t resolve issue.

    I update my older Samsung at least every six months.

    First, you need to be at the latest iOS level, 17.1.1 . 17.1.2 should be available in the next few days with 17.2 in December. Once you have installed the latest level go to your iPhone’s WiFi settings and for your WiFi network perform a ‘forget network’ and then after you iPhone rediscovers your WiFi, log back in.

    Second, since you changed your ISP the problem could be your WiFi router but exactly what you need to do depends on whether you’re using your ISP’s router or your own. Minimally, remove power from the WiFi router, get a drink of water, and then restore power to the router.
