  • I’d be interested to see what your tracking says on GLS-info.nl as opposed to GLS-group.eu.

    My time scale is the same as yours but the EU page says as follows: 25/11 18:31 - handed to GLS 25/11 18:38 - left parcel centre

    But the NL tracking says : 25/11 18:31 - handed to GLS

    Then nothing…

    Considering I’ve no updates from GLS or Parcelforce, I’m inclined to believe it hasn’t even left NL yet.

    You have to use the “Netherlands parcel number” in the NL website as it’s all in Dutch it’s not very clear for a terminal English speaker such as myself. This is also the reason I’m not 100% certain that it IS still in NL as the translation makes it hard to discern exactly what’s happening.


  • I’ve ordered something to the U.K. from Germany in 2020 and the courier they chose was GLS. The entire thing was a nightmare back then so you can imagine my dismay when Valve finally ship my deck, I click the tracking only to find that it’s the dreaded GLS who’s delivering it.

    Ordered 20/11 around 20:00

    Packaged and handed to GLS 25/11 10:09

    Left the parcel centre 25/11 18:38

    And of course, just like everyone here. No updates since. It’s now 30/11 and not a peep from GLS or Parcelforce. Will update with my experience when there is finally some movement. So you can expect to hear from me in 2024. Happy new year everyone. Enjoy your Decks.

    Yeah I’ve been checking both like 5 times a day 😅 the Parcelforce tracking is stuck on the “General Logistics Systems” and the GLS is stuck on “The parcel has left the parcel centre” but I ordered mine on the 20th. So hopefully, if it’s following the same timeframe as yours, then I’ll be just two days behind you! 🤞
