i thought it was pretty widely reported they used a screen that was equivalent to the oled switch. (same suppliers and they didn’t opt for a custom screen) economically I get it, they aren’t selling as many steam decks as nintendo is with switches.

I don’t have an oled deck, but i do know a thing or two about oleds.

It shouldn’t affect it as the bonding method of the screen protector and the glass interface of the oleds should be pretty robust.

I have it and play on 1080, i think it runs pretty darn well out of the box. It scales pretty cleanly.

Isn’t there a stop stream option under power?

If mine with larger storage mod dies, I’ll think about it. Realistically? A steamdeck 2 is probably what i am looking at.

My situation: I have been out of pc gaming for a long while, so there is a pretty large backlog for me to play through aside from current AAA games. Nothing wrong with liking the AAA games out now, they just aren’t what I am looking at currently :)
