My Deck shipped but I got no tracking number. I know a few other Canadians had the same issue. Did anyone eventually get one?

This is absolutely terrifying and I am so upset with Valve that they are shipping a $1k item with no tracking to me.

I got an email saying my LE is prepping for shipping but there’s no tracking number or carrier or any details.

Will this update?

Valve has done a horrible job with LEs to Canada. I feel slighted at this point.

Same here. Utter nonsense. Valve really messed up. And it’s day 8. Day 1 was launch day.

It’s day 8 today actually.

Here’s to Day 8 tomorrow of no shipping for my day one order of the LE within minutes of being available.

They really need to solve this before another hardware launch.

I think it’s pretty awful of Valve to even have started OLED pre-orders for Canada with how this is going. Is there a plan at all?
