Has anyone else ordered a Steam Deck from Valve and just not get a tracking number when it shipped?

Seems to be the case for me based on the emails and details.

What ended up happening with you when this happened?

Kinda scary to have a high priced item shipped with no tracking. Especially at this time of year.

    Seems like a few people are experiencing the same (me too). I sent a support request with this same screenshot and am waiting to hear back.

    Did they even send an email letting you know that they’re preparing items to ship? Cause I’m the email it has a ‘Track’ button that redirects (at least mine did) to the carrier’s website with the tracking number already put in.

      Don’t know about op, but yes I got that email, except it says “To view your order’s status and tracking information, visit your Steam Account Details.”, and then when you go to the account details it looks like what op posted. So no tracking link in the email or in the account details.
