I wonder about parts compatibility. Would be nice if we could at least get the battery, maybe the display as parts to put it in ourselves.

Not too awful in absolute sense, but way worse than it should’ve been: with older Proton versions I couldn’t get Project Wingman to start up in any reasonable amount of time. The menu’s were a laggy, hard to use mess but once you spent 80% of your break time getting into a mission it ran fine. I forgot exactly where this got fixed (possibly with the Sniper runtime) but now it’s all good. Personally I don’t try to be too ambitious with my Deck, because I still have a PC with great peripherals and display, so games with 3rd party launchers I tend to play on there.
Honorable mention goes to Euro/American Truck Simulator for not being able to read my dash at all until I found out about the zoom keybind. Oh and maybe trying Sonic Unleashed through RPCS3 was a bit of an ask.
Yes, of course. But I wish the list view in the app library was quicker to access. I used to have Niagara Launcher on my last Android phone and it’s such an efficient way to get to apps you know the name of one-handed. (not a fan of one handed typing in spotlight, even on a smaller phone)
Coming from android after a decade, I was shocked 15 wasn’t a thing.
