Seems like an open and shut case to me, unless Casetify’s lawyers can pull off some sort of Chewbacca defense. The Easter Eggs are right there. They didn’t even make a half-assed attempt to Photoshop them out. Even if they win the case, their brand reputation has been tarnished. JRE’s video pops up if you Google them, and nobody’s going to want to buy a (poorly done) knockoff that’s more expensive than the genuine thing.
