1 year agoMy X button was sticking on the 500gb OLED. Other face Buttons felt a little loose as well. Requested a RMA and hoping they will accept and fix. The sticking X button just ruins the experience for me.

Sold my 256 LCD on Ebay for 300 but after fees I only took home $212. I would have preferred to sell it to a friend for 200 instead.
I decided not to do it after all, I think I was being a little over sensitive and the X button isn’t sticking that bad or often anymore.
RMA is sending the console back and then they test it and fix it. If they cant fix it they send you a new console back. If they can fix it, you will get your original deck after it is fixed. It usually takes a few weeks for this process to complete.
