Valve has said it’s not compatible so it’s not officially supported on the old deck…however, really need to wait for people to get their hands on the actual screen and it’s circuitry to see if it could be somehow work with the old deck with with some sort of additional daughterboard to do conversions as needed.

Still long ways away from knowing if it would ever be possible to install.

Yes, I would say OLED is always worth getting, especially with classic consoles that will add black bars on the sides if you play without frames.

And either way, OLED colors are just better.

I won’t be upgrading my launch deck, but if I were in the market for one now, the OLED is a no brainer choice.
