The stock cooler will hit 100 degrees while throttling; you have to understand there’s 14 cores and 20 threads on it. Its recommended to get any better cooler. Arctic eSports Duo 34 or any equivalent will work fine.

Looks like either a DRAMless dirt cheap SSD or a HDD hence low cpu and 9% disk but actually constant small IO ops

Or virus, but no network usage so I doubt it

Then again the PC is not high spec
