Got a response from support about my order.

Upon checking the status, your package is currently being allocated. You can track the status of your order and see real time update on your order status page. Orders are only processed on business days, so you may need to wait few more days before the package move to the delivery service.

I guess packaged items means nothing since it is still being allocated? Not sure what it means but it should be should be next week I hope.
