The 3dmark figures that you quoted were run using vulkan. X elite has working vulkan drivers on windows

They already have a vulkan driver. The 3dmark runs were on vulkan

Would the display support help custom roms in any way? Missing touch/dispay drivers seem to be the major blocker for initial bring-up currently

Genshin (and most other mobile games) are cpu bound. That performance is probably more due to apples better cores than any api stuff

Also, isn’t genshin using upscaling on iOS? It isn’t really an apples to apples comparison if so
