This happened to me a lot in the past but disabling “Attention-Aware Features” seems to have fixed the issue. I feel like any movement would put the alarm on silent if this was turned on.

Battery life being worse on the smaller phone is no surprise, at all.
If the camera is also bad, then maybe yours is defective. I’ve got an X that I was playing around this morning because I’m about to sell it, and the camera is worse on the X, and I’d assume it’s the same on the Xs lineups.
I’d say 12GB for MBA and 24GB for MBP. The dream!
Yes, this is the dream, but personally, I’ve been thinking more and more if I actually need it since it’s just used to consume content now due to the convenient size.
Hopefully jelly scrolling is out.
Yep, but people are still hell-bent on Apple giving 16GB for entry level MBs since very other Windows manufacturer does it. Heck, even comments in the post about a low-cost 12 inch MB had people saying Apple better release it with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. Not going to happen…
Got schooled on how this isn’t happening.
I honestly think 8GB RAM and 256GB storage is perfect for this lineup, and they can fully cater to just browsing the web, using web applications, and doing light tasks. I think Apple’s probably going to have 4GB or 6GB of RAM for this…
I also agree with your points. People ares till stuck with the mindset that 8GB/256GB isn’t enough for normal people, but it actually is if all they do is browse the web, do some Word or Excel stuff, stream videos, etc.
I was just thinking about how people with a 2015 MBP could probably still be fine in this day for normal use.
I use it because it’s simple and is a native app that syncs across nicely. Don’t really care about custom fonts or other features, as I just want to read a book.
