But honestly, it’s not worth spending $550 on if you have the original and it’s not worth the hassle of trying to sell it and dealing with the dickheads on eBay and shipping and all that crap. If the OLED screen was a drop in replacement and I could DIY, I would consider it.

The answer is, unless all you do is play indie games or older games, no. Just upgrade your PC and it’ll run circles around the deck.
The deck is great at handheld gaming. It’s not really that great docked. It works but the performance just isn’t there, especially if you’re plugging into a 4K TV.
