Make sure you are at a real corporate owed TMobile store. Things are weird at “authorized retailers”

So my series 9 said it could not install the update overnight because it was not connected to power. How is a watch you use to monitor sleep supposed to update when you are using it? I cannot seem to ask for the update now, only schedule for again tonight. I will go and check and see if I can initiate it on my phone.
