Update: Yeah, they didn’t respond to complaint. Cunts.

UK East London here. Twice Parcelforce have lied about delivering it (yesterday and today). Today the driver got out of the van, pissed up the side of my neighbours car, looked at my door, got back in and drove off. Got an email saying they tried to deliver, now you have to drive 45 mins through dense traffic to pick up from the depot. Also a parcelforce customer (dis)service rep hung up on me. I could see the van still in my road, and they refused to contact driver.

Complaint lodged. 24 hours response apparently. Not holding my breath.
