Just a heads up for anybody receiving their decks today, be aware that PF tracking is woeful…got an email at 9am-ish saying delivery beween 7.30-11.30am and then it was delivered 2 minutes later. Meanwhile the website was saying still at depot until 10am! Anyway, not moaning, it’s here. Ordered 21st, dispatched 25th.

21st ordered, 25th shipped (1652) and still bugger all. Aagh.

Mine was 25th also, exactly the same situation. I think until the est. 10 working days is up there’s not much anyone can do other than risk a reorder. It’s a complete shambles though, I’ve never known anything like it. If it is indeed a customs paperwork issue, I don’t know how that gets resolved. Valve will continue down the “just wait”

Exactly the same scenario as me, ordered 21st too. It did say 6-8 (or 10, can’t remember) working days for delivery, so I’m clinging on to that for hope, as today is the 6th working day. It’s just dreadful service though.
