Walk up hill both ways?
You had it lucky!
In my day, we had to walk up the hill both ways fifteen times, carrying everyone else’s Steam Decks for 'em, and when we got home, our dad would thrash us with his belt!
Related question, and OP might find it relevant, so asking it here.
I’m looking at docks myself. Figuring that the official dock probably sells for a premium, I’ve been looking at third party docks to see if they’re a better deal.
So, my question is: is this dock (link follows)
Just asking, for those of who who bought or are contemplating buying the LE:
What is the attraction of the LE at this point? If (presumably) tens of thousands of other people will have it, and it isn’t all that rare, and if there might be other LEs of a different flavor in future, why not just buy the regular 1TB OLED, call it a day, and use the saved difference to buy yourself a congratulatory bottle of Tito’s?
"I’m an old school gamer and games used to come with all of the content - for one price. "
Sing it, brother.
For me, though, Souls-like are the main attraction. I’m drawn to them like a moth to the flame. Few games have given me as much joy and satisfaction as immersive RPGs (like Zelda OoT, say). And among RPGs, Souls-like games are God Tier. Demon’s Souls, Elden Ring, Nioh? Hell yes, I’ve played the crap out of those and platinumed 'em. Sekiro too.
I could scarcely care less about the multiplayer aspect. I’m in it for the immersion. Like getting lost in a fantastic SF novel. Only better and longer-lasting. And I get to control what happens next (to an extent).
I can count on one hand the number of sports games I’ve bought. And dance/guitar/rhythm games? Nah. I’m good, thanks.
I am a little amazed at that. That’s some real dedication, right there. I hope you’re loving it (assuming you already have it).
