Is there no offline option for downloaded games or require only certain games an internet connection?

I recently saw a review, I believe it was LTT, where they argued that if you already have the back open for a SSD swap you could also place a AirTag into it. There should be sufficient space

I wanna get the Witcher 3 but don’t know how it performs on the SD, so I’ll ask you: How is it running? How many fps do you have? And how long can you play before your battery runs low?
