Leave it on the charger for a while. It’s very cold right now, battery might have discharged completely. If it doesn’t turn on after being on the charger for half a day or so, go ahead and RMA. I personally had this happen with multiple electronic devices being delivered in Winter and they all started working again after some hours on the charger.

If you have the money to spare, I can’t recommend this device enough. What sold me was that it can emulate pretty much any game up until PS4 era, making it not only a handheld PC, but also the perfect emulation device. Another great thing is that with Moonlight and Sunshine, you can flawlessly stream more demanding games at maximum settings (achievable even with weak’ish PCs cause you only need to run at 800p) while at home. Love this thing.
