Is the GPU power plugged in correctly?
They’re as Ryzen 7000 runs warm. What CPU cooler do you have and how much power was the CPU pulling during the test.
You can get Flex ATX PSUs that are 250W, but they’re built with small form factor machines in mind. Not that you can’t put a flex atx PSU into an ATX case, just that it won’t use the normal mounting location for an ATX PSU and will also probably have very short cables.
Would probably be better than on windows with the 5600g, but you should make sure that the games that you want to play are playable on Linux before you switch over fully.
The 5600 is the better CPU. The only reason you would want the 5600g is to get the integrated graphics.
