What’s I really want to see with all of this delivery stuff is realistic delivery estimate: if you can’t deliver it in 3-5 days, just clearly show this, instead on advertising label, so nobody would sit on the phone to constantly check what’s going on with delivery. Ordered at the first 20 mins after the launch in Portugal and it’s pretty clear for me I wouldn’t receive it even this week because it’s still in Packaged state.

I think, it’s always stays the possibility to swap the SSDs, buuut, not sure how some specific data stored in the OS system is dependent on hardware changes.
