It sometimes takes Valve days to answer. They’re probably dealing with a massive amount of issues with the new decks right now.

Why is the PSA thread about the widespread headphone jack issue locked?

Steam Deck is the only gaming hardware I’ve had issues with and I’ve been buying consoles and stuff since the SNES era. I’ve had dealt with not one but two decks with issues.

One thing I find troubling is the fact that old defects from the launch Steam Deck are back and that’s really weird.

I remember first hearing about how it’s coming soon in February or March. Something like that.

The Steam Deck isn’t a biological organism. It’s a computer. It either shows an objective performance improvement or it doesn’t.
