Today is the 7th business day since shipping. It may be take 4-8 business days but there can be days? Well how come other people who have ordered days later are now starting to receive their orders. Wish Valve would own up and admit GLS incompetence already.

Exactly the same thing here. I’ve sent a message to Parcel Force using their contact us page. Takes 2 days for a response.

Reading other comments here, I’m not confident they’ve handled shipping/customs for Northern Ireland correctly.

Same here, mine left the parcel centre at noon. Nothing since. It’s looking more and more likely we won’t see ours being delivered until Monday.
