It seems like all the non-LE have a perfect panels? The samsung one is that good? I guess i got lucky with my BOE panel with no dead pixel or other known issues

Just checked my OLED LE, I also got BOE 04 30.
If you have the LE , do not remove it from ur cart!! I cant believe my card declined it as fraud but i fix it quickly and the LE was sold. I just kept refreshing and was able to snag the LE !
LE/BOE here, no dead pixels. It seems like a panel lottery for people with BOE. As for the Samsung panels, it seems like everyone has a perfect panels lol
