Did you check on eBay? Mainly it looks like windows won’t have a touchscreen if it is cheaper. For chrome os, there is duet 5 in the US at BestBuy - looks like the best choice if you don’t mind 8gb RAM, not a gaming setup.

In both cases, it’s not a touchscreen.
If you are getting win11 not MacBook pro, makes sense to have that option. Now and again you could just press a button without moving a mouse. Sometimes you might want to test a mobile app.
