I will probably go with the ASUS laptop. I do have an M1 Macbook and I use Parallels too but you can only use Windows ARM with parallels and it will be a problem if the software you’ll be using is not compatible with Windows ARM. I have some software that I use for work that crashes a lot of time in Parallels, and some software just doesn’t run at all.
