Entering the BIOS and changing “USB Dual Role Device” from “DRD” to “XHCI” seems to have worked for someone, I have not tried yet

Also me and other people are having issues with the USB-C port not powering external devices at all, not even an USB drive

Well this is even stranger, wonder if there is anything we can try in the shell to fix it. I will investigate with an hub, I currently don’t have one with myself because I have it at my office, but I also tried a drive through USB-C to A adapter and nothing.

Thank you, it’s heartening. When you say it has been reported and that’s firmware you mean lately and on the OLED only? Because I looked up and did not find much. And do you know if using a powered USB hub “wakes up” the port permanently so that later it can be used without the hub?
