First suggestion - RMA it

Second suggestion, if you wanna try to fix it yourself either in the meantime or before RMA:

• Play games on it until it completely runs out of charge
• Launch into the bios until it completely runs out of charge
• Repeat the above until it no longer turns on
• Plug in your Steam Deck. If it turns on automatically, repeat the above two steps until it doesn’t when you plug it in
• Leave it charging and turned off for 6-8 hours, preferably overnight, then turn it on and check again

If you’re back up to 95%+ then it’s a battery calibration problem which most are

Okay now that’s weird, bet you were mega disappointed. Parcelforce aren’t even supposed to deliver Saturday, much less only deliver one of your parcels

Don’t think it’s mentioned anywhere else, but if you have decent internet and Xbox game pass you can stream through that as well

I luckily got out of packaging hell Wednesday, which means I’ll probably be a Monday delivery. I have Monday off so I’m looking forward to it

Just a heads up for any UK folk, my first Steam Deck in 2022, and an RMA Steam Deck which is arriving tomorrow, both took 5 business days to arrive. So even if people are getting their GLS tracking today, it likely won’t arrive until Saturday earliest
