Are you just gaming, or running a cpu intensive program? Gaming some people get away with an air cooler. If you want to maximize what it can do, get a contact frame and at least a 360mm aio.

If there is something specific, it would be useful to provide a link to the problem you are worried about. I don’t think you’ll have much of a problem running either operating system. Blustacks could potentially have issues with either.

They ramped up a huge amount in the last couple of years. Probably just getting rid of excess people where they ramped up too quickly.

I don’t see anyone asking about your cooler solution and what your cpu temperatures are. The 13700 can run hot, which can impact its performance.
