Monitors are usually in fixed positions and often users can fix light reflections, but not always. The steam deck is portable and would be subject to more possibilities of light reflection. Also, you can slap a screen protector on top and it makes the anti glare moot.

no. valve does not offer international warranty. I bought my SD in US and needed a RMA from Mexico. I shipped to Valve and then had it sent to a friend’s house and picked it up recently. so if this one has problems I would have to send it back to US again.
not only would the PC be too high but the cost would not be feasible. 2 dies. the traces for the PCB would also probably make it bigger. need some RnD. extra PD. another factor about the extra cost would be you could build a much better full sized pc for the cost. this question has been answered many times. you did not search at all.
