I’ve seen mixed success from ‘slow charging’, think old brick, not the usb-c ones, since that puts less wear and tear on the battery from using less current and also using the optimized schedule that it automatically generates, but your mileage may vary

You could also look at getting an inverter out of the cigarette lighter that creates a 120V plug and plug into that
