My package had a big tear on that same exact spot but not as extreme as yours

Received OLED steam deck today at 7pm EST. The box was basically open…made me nervous for a sec but everything is all good.

No not yet. It’s likely they just created a label and are sitting there waiting for UPS to scan them and load them on a truck. Unfortunately, UPS doesn’t initiate shipments on weekends unless your package is already on a truck by Friday. This is all speculation though lol. I’ve been through ordering a RTX 3080 at launch, Valve Index, OG steam deck, and now an OLED steam deck. I’m sure ours will start moving tomorrow.

If anyone was wondering if they ship out on Sundays. I just got notified that I received a tracking number this morning at 8:30 am EST
