To be fair I don’t think I had battery issues at 10.0 either. I have a standard Series 7.
This, shower time for me is charging time for the watch.
I have a similar scratch on my Series 7. It’s only really visible when the screen is off, so it hasn’t truly bothered me.
I definitely wear it when leaving home, when at home it’s less of a requirement, as I’ve got several devices to tell the time.
My one day off is also my most sedentary day, so the rings are at their minimum requirements to be closed.
