Is it best to put money into steam wallet or ok to pay on card? I don’t want issues, but likewise I font want to put money I to wait, if I miss out on the deck. Also can’t decide if to get 512 or get the etched glass???

You think the 512 screen will be better? I don’t have any steamdeck and really can’t decide which version of screen to get!?
Help my brain… really can’t decide. I thought I was going to get the 512 for glossy OLED. However after seeing a video with someone comparing the old etched LCD, the reflections are quite bad on the glossy screen. I play in doors so may not be as much as a problem, but the reflections did seem off-putting. I then think, OK I will get the 1tb…but then wonder if the oled will loose a lot of its brightness. Damn mu brain is in a loop and it launches soon!

Still can’t decide on which OLED screen to use. I watched a YouTube video where they had the new etched oled and a non etched led. The reflections were really bad on the LCD. However, I guess that’s in a studio with bright lights. I will mainly play at home. Just wondering if the colours will look better on the 512gb or better to vet the 1tb!? Both expensive so my choice is mainly down to quality of screen…grrrrr can’t decide which would be better!?
1·1 year agoDoubt I would ever play outside. Guess I can save £90 The £90 I will use as a biting point for a 2tb drive, should I need further down the line. Hopefully the standard case is OK. As the more expensive model gets a better case.

Yeah well peeved. It’s 30mins away and still can’t decide on which is the best screen to get. Loose a smidge of clarity and get anyireflective. Or with it being OLED, will etched version negate everything that’s good about OLED? So confused.
