“worth it” depends on how deep the pockets are of the person buying them
“better value” is what should be asked.
Yes the 4070 is better in 1% of games. Whereas better raster performance for the other 99%. DLSS is just a nice-to-have.
Raster performance will always be king as the 1st priority for a GPU.
