I made a plan. A plan to stay on Windows 10 for the foreseeable future.
He’s referencing the AMD power plans and this is why he made an Intel version for Windows 10. If you read the second page of the forum you’ll see that Windows 11 does a better job and these plans are not needed.

Those modified powerplans also exist for AMD created by smart Ryzen users. They reduce energy in older games in a good way (not losing FPS).
