I have about 2.600 kcals in rest (and that’s about correct since I did a decent measurement and it was about the same) and aim for 3.500 ish on workout days.
106kg (athletic) and male.
1500 active, 1800 resting (not like I can do much about that one), 3300 total. 195, M. I’ve closed it every day for over four years.
700 move calories. Usually exceed that by 100 or so. 195 male, very active
I always feel like peoples burn calories are so high ! I’m 5’8 female and in good shape but even with an hour workout a day and 2 dog walks my burn calories is around 700 . My daily average burn is around 2200
I’m also a 5’8 female who runs a lot. My burn calories are similar to yours on average. I think we often see a lot of male numbers on here which are much higher.
