No workout, I believe.
One of the main benefits is not having to have my phone with me.
I also like the fitness measurements. Even with my phone, it’s easier to glance at my wrist for notifications than reach for my phone.
1500 active, 1800 resting (not like I can do much about that one), 3300 total. 195, M. I’ve closed it every day for over four years.
The weight logging app I use starts a workout and it stays the same one until I finish it.
I don’t bother with trying to separate them. The calories are a guess, anyway. Just seeing the overall time is probably the main thing for me.
I’d look at VO2Max on the watch for entertainment value and move on.
It’s likely inaccurate. Wearables have been shown to be pretty awful in estimating calories.
No one knows how to bypass activation lock.
I look at it every once in a while when I want to check stuff while I’m already on the tablet. It’s pretty nice.
It is. It’s what I use so I can leave my phone at home while doing cardio. It’s worked almost flawlessly for me. Sometimes, for some reason, some episodes don’t download to the watch, but they stream just fine so I’ve been insufficiently motivated to look into it too much. It happens maybe one morning a month.
When my daughter was around three she liked to wear bracelets like that so she could see them all the time. She doesn’t do that anymore.
Restart the watch.
Unpair/Pair.
Hope.
