It runs about 25 fps on my GTX 1650 laptop with low-medium settings on 1080p BUT the frame timing is EXTREMELY ERRATIC. Hopefully they roll out some performance optimization.
Not sure if it’s due to the game’s art style and my low end system, but the graphics can look worse than CS1 at some zoom levels.
Graphics and stutters aside, the gameplay is fun and I am enjoying it so far.
Your second paragraph is spot on because the videos I’ve seen it looks a bit like a 2D image is overlayed in the distance rather than an actual 3D render. It looks a lot like SimCity in the distance and concerning roads

The low/medium graphics are just on PS 3 level. They look awful.
Do you have vsync on? I’m not sure if it’s specific to my system but my game stuttered unbearably with it on.
