I’m looking for a power bank for my deck. Every brand tends to optimistically advertise their capacity. So before I buy anything, I wanted to know from you guys how these power banks work when you plug them into your deck, like how much extended playtime can you play with them. Tia!

I use the anker737 for portability, it usually gives about an hour maybe 2 depending on the game, and an ecoflow river max for extended periods longer than 10hours

Got a 26800mah anker power core+ 45w, I love it, it gives minimum a couple extra hours depending on the game, if emulation multiple full charges of the deck, I’ve used it on 5-6 hour flights instead of using the outlet on the plane and was able to play stuff like Elden ring, subnautica, fallout 3, for the full flight just using that powerbank, but keep in mind thsts like the max size you can bring on a plane, I think most airlines have like a 28k mah limit but I’m not sure, oh and I just checked Amazon it’s currently on sale for like 80$ when it’s usually around $120

I was in HK and the only decent and affordable powerbank they had that was 20k mAh and had at least 45w PD was Verbatim. Yep, the 3.5" floppy verbatim brand.

I have a 25000 one. I’ve never used it right to the end. But I was on a four hour long flight last month, I played the entire time, including take-off and most of the landing and taxi. The pack was at about 15% and my deck was still fully charged. Playing darksiders 3 with the fps limiter off.

BaseUS 65W. Got it on Amazon on sale for $40 and it’s awesome! 20k mAh, should be good for probably 150-200% battery

    Anker 737 or Shargeek 100.

    - Anker 737: 24000mAh/86.4 Wh

    - Shargeek 100: 25600mAh/93.5 Wh

FYI: My main game is Cyberpunk 2077, and when the Steam Deck’s battery is running low, a fully charged Anker 737 can give me an extra 3.5 hours of playtime, while the Shargeek 100 can extend it by 3.8 hours.
