For anyone wondering, I ordered November 16th, 25 minutes after it opened. Bought the dock 2 minutes later. Went into Packaged Items Saturday together and the Dock shipped Monday. Arrived Wednesday.
Well at least you got the dock. I purchased both at once they’re both labelled as packaged, not moving. Staying very very still. Like Drax.
It’s not much nicer having the tracking number, which comes after “picked up by carrier”, but on the tracking page it shows it hasn’t been picked up yet. For three days now.
i’m in the same boat, i literally ordered 25 mins after they fixed their shit , still stuck in packaged stage
I ordered within the first hour on launch day and just got tracking today.
Im in the opposite boat actually, I ordered my steam deck on the day of release and a dock, the deck shipped on Tuesday and now is in transit yet my dock is still floating in limbo. It’s more weird because I live in Canada and like everyone else who lived up here we have that stupid backlog warning on our purchase
I live in the US and mine is shipping from Ontario for some reason so the expected delivery isn’t until Wednesday next week when I’ll be out of town for work :(
It’s probably shipping from Ontario California. Mine shipped from there to Nor Cal.

Ah man that sucks you’ll be out of town. Got anyone that can pick up the package if they leave it outside, would suck to get it taken. Weird that it would be coming from Ontario, any chance its Ontario California and not Ontario Canada?
All good the Mrs will be home to get it for me I was just hoping to have it for my work trip lol

I got the order for my LE through, maybe 12 minutes after launch, though I put it in the cart the absolute instant it was available. You all know the way it went down. You were all there when the aliens came out of nowhere to deny us our own and mock our efforts, their purple and green faces leering like Azathoth’s blind pipers, whispering lies while we clung to hope and fought undaunted to win our dream, playing all the time with a deck stacked against us. But, I just received it on the 22nd. The tracking number never worked until the very day it was delivered when it indicated “Out for Delivery”. The notice changed only a few hours before it was actually delivered. So, just hold fast. It will be there. Those of us who made it through The Long Wait for the original Deck after that first launch day, have had to learn patience such as would make Lord Morpheus seem antsy.
UK here, mine is being delivered tomorrow. Stay strong everyone, your time will come!
My ParcelForce tracking just says; 21/11/2023 15:10 General Servicing. Ordered around 7pm on the 16th.
I can’t take it any more. I CANT SPEND ANOTHER DAY WITH THIS LCD BULLSHIT DEVICE!!!

Well I have a tracking number now and it just says it has left the warehouse in the Netherlands lol vague as fuck. I think it will be 10-14days from ordering. Ordered at 6.27pm. Sales started at 6pm GMT.
Mine is still not moved to the transit final parcel centre by GLS after 2 days receiving the last step in Valve’s process.
The original valve storage location was only 80km from my house.
If only I could have picked it up myself …it took two days for mine to be shipped much better than the old model when i first ordered it. valve is doing a good job.
Well good for you, for alot of people this is a repeat of the first launch. As I was a with in the first half hour purchaser and the carrier still doesn’t have my package yet. And here you are bought the following day and have yours. Watching people who ordered their decks after me get their before for a second time is a little upsetting. Don’t get me wrong I’m happy for you but to say valve is doing a good job just cause you got yours is untrue, especially when commenting on a shipping issue post
well it was not a LE model so maybe that has to do with it. that and i am two states away from IL.
So it’s the original launch all over again, Canadians get the short end of the stick. Just like I said Valve didn’t learn from their first launch and just cause you got yours doesn’t mean they’re doing a good job. Jump in the mega shipping thread and see how many people are experiencing the issue I mentioned

I ordered mine on the 18th and I’m still just at packaged. I’ve seen some people are getting updates after submitting tickets but I don’t know if I should just yet?
