Nova Scotia here. Ordered the LE within the first 40m on the 16th. Stuck at packaged. Charging my card before shipping the thing is a weird move. Can’t even cancel it at this point according to others in this thread. Pretty disappointed in how this is being handled. Contacted support yesterday but have been ghosted so far. It’s now officially been a full week since the order.
yep, same. this has been a terrible rollout process. i’ve heard of some canadians receiving them before the tracking number even worked. seems so hit or miss.
